Feb. 23--Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas outlined plans Tuesday for a new emergency department, an outpatient building at its main campus near downtown and additional physicians' office space in North Dallas.
The projects, estimated at $100 million, are the latest in Baylor's expansion program to improve the hospital's central campus and extend services into other Dallas-area neighborhoods.
