Feb. 22--University Park doesn't need to change its ordinance regulating corner-lot setbacks, say homeowners on both sides of a neighborhood controversy.
Complaints about a 10,000-square foot home under construction at Golf Drive and Rosedale Avenue led council members into talks about revising the law. Last week, the council asked the city's zoning ordinance advisory committee to consider changing the regulations for corner lots.
