Feb. 22--A developer's proposal to build and donate office space to Rockwall County was met with open ears but a small dose of skepticism from county commissioners last week.
Paul Cheng, a developer of the proposed Williamsburg project in Fate, is offering to build at least 10,000 square feet of offices for the county, in addition to space for Fate city offices. Further discussions could lead to a larger building if the county needs one.
