Feb. 23--Univision Network has a new leader: Alina Falcon, a two-decade company executive and the executive vice president of the company's TeleFutura broadcast network.

Falcon immediately takes over as executive vice president and operating manager of Univision, the nation's No. 1 Spanish-language network, the company announced Tuesday.
