Feb. 22--After a day of presentations at The Plaza, the International Olympic Committee will hit the pavement today -- taking a whirlwind tour that includes Madison Square Garden and the West Side stadium site.
Mayor Bloomberg and Gov. Pataki are expected to express confidence to the IOC evaluation commission that the controversial stadium will get built.
