Feb. 22--COLLINSVILLE -- Joe Roos Evans would like to move his financial estate planning firm to the vacant State Bank of Collinsville building, but he still needs to figure out where his employees would park.

Evans expects to add as many as 90 people to his staff at Financial Resources of America over the next 12 months, and wants to relocate from his O'Fallon offices at 805 W. Highway 50. The large, white century-old bank building at 300 E. Main St. in Collinsville has sat empty for the past three years.
