The UK-London, specifically-is known as much for its avant-garde hairdressing as its break-all-the-rules street style. So making a splash there, hair-wise, is all the more impressive. The latest arrival is Sejour, opened this past summer by stylist Terry Bishop and colorist Carl Dawson. But more challenging than snagging an appointment at the already bustling salon is finding the place: a charming nineteenth-century house discreetly tucked away on a residential block in Chelsea.
