The owner and chef of Roxanne's, a critically acclaimed raw-foods restaurant in Larkspur, California, just north of San Francisco, Roxanne Klein usually starts the day in black Juicy jeans, a Michel Stars spaghetti-strap tee, and a pair of clogs . . . all covered by that classic white chef's coat.
