Feb. 25--NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas--Sheryl Posey says bigger isn't always better, at least when it comes to recruiting for hospitals.
"When we interview and talk to some of the nurses, some people prefer to come to a smaller hospital because they know everybody," said Ms. Posey, director of human resources for North Hills Hospital in North Richland Hills.
The hospital employs about 730 people and hires 15 to 30 workers every month....
