Feb. 23--FORT WORTH, Texas -- The Bank One tower and the panoramic Reata restaurant will face closure at noon Friday without a ruling from a state district judge keeping it open.

Fire Department officials, who imposed the deadline 10 days ago, told the building's owners that unless they comply with city-required safety repairs, the tornado-damaged building must be vacated.

"If we don't have a ruling, we'll have to enforce the order," said Jim Tidwell, the department's executive deputy...
