Feb. 21--A mostly vacant stretch of downtown Dallas between Main and Elm streets will be getting new life with construction of a retail and restaurant complex.
Developers have received city approval to restore two historic buildings on Stone Place, a pedestrian mall between Main and Elm, into almost 30,000 square feet of shopping and commercial space to be called Stone Street Gardens.
