Mar. 9--In yet another Mob Comes to Wall Street case, the feds announced yesterday the indictment of 20 crooked brokers, including two Gambino associates, for allegedly scamming investors out of $50 million from 1994 to 1998.
The classic "pump and dump" scheme involved three brokerages with offices in Manhattan, Long Island, New Jersey and Chicago. It left thousands of investors holding "worthless paper," according to...
