Mar. 9--Sunday may be a day of rest -- especially for most New York banks -- but starting this fall, New Jersey-based Commerce Bancorp plans to lure city customers by opening its doors here seven days a week.
Thirty Manhattan branches are planned, with the first locations at Sixth Ave. and W. 56th St. and Broadway at W. 94th St.
