Mar. 22--DoubleClick, New York's biggest Internet company and the No. 1 online ad agency, said yesterday it's cutting another 10 percent of its staff as part of a reorganization amid the current market chill.
The layoffs, which follow a first round of firings announced in December, come as business has become particularly dismal in the online ad market.
