Mar. 16--A signature Manhattan development project got the green light yesterday as state officials tapped a political ally of President Bush to be the lead developer of a new Penn Station.
The Pennsylvania Station Redevelopment Corp. announced the joint selection of Dallas-based Staubach Co. -- run by Bush pal and ex-Dallas Cowboys quarterback Roger Staubach -- and Germany's Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide to develop the $788 million construction project...
