Mar. 22--Fort Lauderdale softwaremaker Citrix Systems has been promoting a vision of businesses using the Web for their computer applications.
On Wednesday, Citrix agreed to acquire Sequoia Software Corp. and its Web-portal products for $184.6 million -- a deal Citrix thinks will make it easier for customers to access information from the Web.
