Mar. 30--MEXICO CITY--President Vicente Fox's administration will deliver its ambitious tax reform bill to Congress next week, the finance minister said Thursday, heralding the start of the most bitter economic debate of the young presidency.
Mr. Fox and Finance Minister Francisco Gil Diaz have called the reform their keystone economic initiative for a country where tax evasion is rampant and collection is low.
