Apr. 26--The clock runs out today on developer Larry Silverstein's $3.22 billion bid to win control of the World Trade Center.
The Port Authority has told the developer if he does not sign a deal and put down a $100 million deposit today, he'll lose his chance to control the Twin Towers.
"If there is no signed agreement by tomorrow, then we would expect the board of commissioners would instruct staff...
