Apr. 18--Despite the slowing economy, sky-high apartment rents and sale prices, as well as office space, remain solid in Manhattan, several newly released studies found.
Rents rocketed an average of 16 percent last year, according to the Corcoran Group, and brokers said that rate of increase has slowed. But rents haven't come down much.
