Kaufman, Rossin & Company has been named J. Michael Custer director of taxation. He will be based in Fort Lauderdale.
Maria Yip has been promoted to director of litigation at Andersen in Miami. Steven J. Solomon has joined the firm as director of corporate restructuring.
David Howie and Kerensa Butler have been named senior staff auditors of the audit department at Daszkal Bolton Manela Devlin & Co. in Boca Raton. Howie will be responsible for planning and performing audit, review and compilation engagements. Butler will be responsible for completing audits of publicly held and private corporations.
Goldstein Schechter Price Lucas Horwitz & Co. has hired several new members to the firm. Gloria Isabella is a staff accountant. Felicia Harrison is a staff accountant. Victor J. Yanez is director of marketing. Bob Pratt is vice president for consulting services.
