Apr. 26--Nearly four hours of critical voices Wednesday persuaded Miami commissioners to send a developer back to the drawing board for a planned high-rise that would partially block the view of the famous hole-in-the-middle building on Brickell Avenue.
Commissioners also ordered the developer, Michael Baumann, to reopen discussion with nearby residents.
