Apr. 20--Viacom bosses Sumner Redstone and Mel Karmazin, who control CBS, will get to keep UPN, the small TV network that's home to "WWF Smackdown!" and "Star Trek: Voyager."

The Federal Communications Commission voted yesterday to allow companies to own both a major TV network and a second-tier network, meaning CBS-parent Viacom will not be forced to sell UPN.
