May 14--He looks and acts like a confident CEO, and tonight Lou Dobbs will go back to interviewing the country's most powerful business leaders nightly when he returns to the "Moneyline" anchor desk.
But after a two-year absence, Dobbs' stock is far from a sure investment, and the stakes have never been higher for CNN, which is looking to the financial news veteran to revitalize one of its most profitable shows.
