May 30--Broward County Administrator Roger Desjarlais said Tuesday that he has ordered a top-to-bottom scouring of Port Everglades for "any more surprises" after The Herald last week obtained several staff documents that neither he nor the County Commission had seen, related to the port's controversial $7-million-a-year tugboat monopoly.
