Q. My wife and I have decided to go to London for a week this summer. We would like to know where to get a list of special events scheduled for the London area in June, July and August. If something looks especially interesting, we can make our plans to include it.

Also, my wife is interested in Charles Dickens. Do you have any thoughts on how we could include items of interest on this subject? Maybe there is a Charles Dickens society or fan club. Anything I can do to make her trip a happy one will make my trip a happy one, too. _ L.D., Newport News, Va.
