Poor Anna Wintour. The Vogue editrix has the worst image problem of anyone in la moda. Nicknamed "Nuclear Winter" because of her cool demeanor, the woman _ who is the last word on chic _ is parodied and crucified constantly.

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals has been whacking away at Wintour for some time now. Aside from staging death scenes with human "corpses" outside Vogue offices in Manhattan and hosting a Web site slugged VogueSucks.com, the fur fighters are now showing their animal instinks.

At a party Vogue threw for the movie ``Moulin Rouge'' recently, PETA people gave out vials of vile-smelling...
