Jun. 26--While the national economy in general was sluggish last year, business for many Latino-owned firms remained strong, including those in the construction trades.
That industry, in fact, supplied four out of the seven local companies listed in this year's Hispanic Business Magazine list of the 500 largest Hispanic-owned companies in the nation.
