Environmental Law Firm to open New London, Conn., Office.

Jul. 25--NEW LONDON, Conn.-- A Hartford-based law firm with operations in New York and Boston has opened a local office, where it plans to continue its tradition of specializing in land use and environmental law for corporate and municipal clients.

Robinson & Cole celebrated its sixth and newest branch Tuesday afternoon with an open house at the office at 75 Eugene O'Neill Drive, in a former part of the Citizens Bank complex. The law firm, which dates to 1845, opened the office in mid-June.

Local attorney Timothy D. Bates, an expert in land use and environmental issues, has joined the firm and is working out of the new office. …
