Feb. 11--EYE DEALS OPTICAL is now at 463 Passaic St., Hackensack, next to the 7-Eleven and at the Maywood border. Closed Wednesday and Sunday, the shop is open the rest of the week from 10 to a.m. to 6 p.m., except Saturday until 2 p.m.

VALLEY NATIONAL BANK has a branch office at 46 Essex St., Jersey City, on the first floor of the recently constructed Liberty Towers building. The office is managed by Alicia Robinson, assistant vice president.

The bank operates 132 offices in 11 counties in northern New Jersey and Manhattan.
