Feb. 10--For longtime employees at Hewlett-Packard Co.'s Houston campus, the departure of Chief Executive Carly Fiorina is just another day at the office.
"When you've gone through as many reorganizations as this, it's just a fact of life," said Warren Hubbard, an engineer in his eighth year at the company. "We're all used to it."
In the last six years, Hubbard and other HP workers at the former Compaq Computer Corp. campus have been buffeted by changes at the top, a nasty merger and proxy fight, restructuring and the loss of CEO Michael Capellas to WorldCom.
