Feb. 10--SUNRISE -- They suffered a setback in Davie last year, but the folks at Swedish furniture giant Ikea can't ignore one major fact: they have more customers in Florida than in any other state without an Ikea store.

That may be one of the reasons why the furniture chain has resumed talks with Fort Lauderdale developer Stiles Corp., which owns about 25 acres of land on the northwest corner of State Road 84 and Northwest 136th Avenue.
