Feb. 9--More than 70 clients of a clean-and-sober living facility on Los Osos Valley Road will lose their home at the end of March and face an uncertain future.

County Supervisors unanimously decided Tuesday to shut down the Sunny Acres recovery facility after charging owner Dan DeVaul with failing to solve numerous building code and land-use violations.

Officials didn't offer specific recommendations on how to house the clients, though, and instructed local health and human services agencies to explore their options.
