Feb. 8--American Airlines is coming to the Bluegrass in a Texas-sized way.
Blue Grass Airport will announce today that an affiliate of the nation's largest airline will start three direct flights from Lexington to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The carrier also will start two new flights to Chicago O'Hare International Airport, setting up a possible showdown with United Airlines, Inc., which is based in the Windy City.
