Feb. 5--A Madison developer is one step closer to getting the final nod on a major reconstruction project to spruce up the eastern corridor into Downtown from the Dane County Regional Airport.
Gorman & Co. has received approval from the city's Urban Design Commission on an $80 million mixed-use development that will offer 309 units of condominiums and about 20,000 square feet of retail space.
