Feb. 6--It's Ed Rendell's worst nightmare.

No, I don't mean the possibility of things going badly down in Jacksonville this evening.

That would surely pain our state's Commentator-in-Chief (and me, too), but at least there's a wonderful season to look back on, along with the prospect of another shot next year.

The bad dream I'm talking about is an Ohio court case that could force states to rethink the way they practice economic development.
