Feb. 4--Rupert Murdoch may one day succeed in cutting all strings attached to his ownership of the New York Post and two local TV stations. Meanwhile, he continues to run up legal bills.
In the latest twist, Murdoch's News Corp. has joined other media giants, including Tribune Co., in asking the Supreme Court to review an appeals court ruling that slowed their ability to grow.
