JACKSONVILLE, Fla. _ Funny. Philadelphia wide receiver Freddie Mitchell caused a stir, listing New England defensive backs by numbers, not names.
Yet he failed to mention the most interesting number of all.
Eighty.
It should have been at the forefront of his mind. It's a wide receiver's number.
And it belongs to Troy Brown, the personification of the team-first, do-whatever-it-takes-to-win Patriots, who will go for their third NFL title in four years Sunday in Super Bowl XXXIX.
Brown does it all _ offense, special teams and, defense now, too.
