Jan. 30--A restaurant chain based in Boulder, Colo., specializing in pizza, pasta and 110 beers from around the world is building in Billings.

The area developer for Old Chicago is building a $1.2 million, 8,000 square-foot restaurant just north of Wheat Montana by Shopko.

Bozeman businessman Don Cape Jr. has one Old Chicago in his hometown by Home Depot. He has wrapped up development rights for Montana, Idaho and Eastern Washington state and is finalizing a handshake deal for Western Washington.
