Jan. 31--Two-thirds of the 46 children in Lisa Schneller's afternoon and morning kindergarten classes have a parent serving in Iraq.
Amid the wondrous contents of her well-ordered classroom at Beachwood Elementary School on North Fort Lewis, that fact tries daily to push itself between the kids and the fun of learning.
