IWAPI has licensed On2's VP6 video compression software and Truecast servers for its video surveillance systems.

The IWAPI systems include a hardened minicomputer with programmable Linux or Windows XP OS. The system is designed to operate from either mobile or stationary locations and is suitable for homeland security and highway tracking deployments.

On2 will receive royalties for each system sold.
