Jan. 23--SEAFOOD, MARTINIS ANYONE? At first glance, being wedged between a Sizzler restaurant and the Dolly Varden Hotel -- where, of course, every room has a bath -- might not seem to be a good place to set up shop to sell fancy-glassed martinis and eclectic fondue.

But Paul and Veronica Anile, the owners of Cha Cha's Caribbean Fusion Restaurant, and big boosters of bringing class and a nice atmosphere to the Long Beach night scene, are banking their latest venture will be a success and add some Miami Beach-style oomph to downtown.
