Jan. 22--Gwinnett, the metro county famous for giant malls and cul-de-sacs, Friday night gridiron and grocery trips, is ripe for a new reputation.

For cube farms.

A Suwanee developer has bought 54 acres along I-85 -- a rare, untouched parcel squeezed between the highway and Satellite Boulevard -- to build a 500,000-square-foot office park. Site work will start in March, and the first building should open next year.

Gary Holding Group, which has developed offices in Duluth, is betting the length of I-85 from Sugarloaf Parkway to the Mall of Georgia …
