In your June 2004 issue, there's a chart comparing salad greens (p. 31). Could you tell me what "chicory would be labeled as in the store? One place I went suggested that it might be endive lettuce. Chicory used as a coffee substitute is a root, and hence isn't what is referred to in the article. Given its high calcium content, I would like to know what it is.
