I've recently been told some frightening facts about cottonseed oil. Could you please do an article on this subject? Also, I've been sent some information that puts canola oil in a bad light. Could you report on that? I hope your publication doesn't avoid certain issues for fear of losing advertising revenue.

Suzanne Jamie Real * Boulder, Colorado

Thank you for the information. After we received your letter, we assigned a writer to look into any potential drawbacks to cottonseed and canola oils. We are planning to run a full report as soon as we have all the facts. We want to cover topics that interest our readers, and we encourage all of yon to write in and let us know about issues that you'd like to see addressed in future editions of BN.
