Jul. 2--WORKERS RELISH BISCUITS PICNIC TREND: When the Montgomery Biscuits went to bat along Montgomery's riverfront this year, a number of companies welcomed the new venue for employee events.

Organizations reward employees and try to boost morale with annual events such as employee picnics and holiday parties. A baseball game, complete with food and activities for children, presents a fairly easy option for an employee party.
