Jun. 28--TIRE STORE OPENS IN ROCK HILL: George's Tire and Wheel has opened at 2915 N. Cherry Road, across the street from the Celanese Acetate.
The business sells tires, wheels and auto accessories.
The owner is George Vigand of Rock Hill.
Vigand has a degree in business management from Winthrop University and worked for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company for several years.
