Jan. 13--TYSON FOODS DEAL SENDS WORKERS TO CAROLINAS HEALTHCARE: Tyson Foods has signed an exclusive contract that will funnel the company's Charlotte-area employees to Carolinas HealthCare System hospitals and doctors for medical care. Instead of working through an insurance company, Tyson contracts directly with medical providers in different areas. The company had an agreement with Presbyterian Healthcare for about seven years, but the contract ends next month.
