"A number of cancer vaccine and gene therapy approaches are being evaluated in patients with lung cancer. Cancer vaccine strategies include GM-CSF gene-modified cancer cells, liposomal MUC1 peptide, anti-idiotype antibody targeting GD3, Mage-3 peptide, and mutant p53 pulsed dendritic cells among others," scientists in the United States report.
