TAMPA, Fla. _ Poor Ron Zook.
First he has to follow in Steve Spurrier's footsteps and now he has to hear them, too.
If you're looking for a definition of a bad week for the Zooker, here it is: The Gators get pounded, 37-17, by Iowa in the Outback Bowl on Thursday, they finish with a second consecutive five-loss season and Spurrier's back on the job market. And, oh yeah, two of Florida's senior leaders _ cornerback Keiwan Ratliff and strong safety Guss Scott _ busted curfew during bowl week and didn't start against Iowa.
The only way Zook's week could have possibly been worse would have been if freshman quarterback Chris Leak announced he is transferring to Florida State.
"We were at an all-you-can eat wings place," Ratliff said of the busted curfew.
Are you kidding me _ a wings place? A big game for the Gators and two of the team's best players are out late ordering wings? So, Zooker, how do you like your criticism_hot, medium or mild?
