FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. _ Some New Year's resolutions are easily achieved in a short period of time.
However, Philadelphia Flyers coach Ken Hitchcock's No. 1 resolution for his team is likely going to take sustained effort and won't come easily. Hitchcock wants to see dramatic improvement in his team's penalty killing.
It begins Friday in Sunrise against the Florida Panthers.
